You get on the ferry and are already in Asia, or the Besiktas district. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, a few minutes away is the spice bazaar. A delicious breakfast with a million-dollar view of the Galata Bridge and Galata Tower and the bustling maritime traffic. Internet and cleanliness top. Great staff - especially Veysel, who always found time for a short chat. All in all - the stay at this hotel was excellent. Keep it up.

What a shock but due to the quick response and helpfulness by the manager on duty and the transport service of istanbulpickup.com this was delivery to us at the airport within 45 minutes. Both companies were concerned, responded quickly and turned a disaster into a happy ending. Would always highly recommend them to other travellers..... 5 ☆☆☆☆☆plus plus plus service. A special mention goes to Murat at breakfast—he’s incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every guest is well taken care of. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day.
